Last week we talked about getting your 150 minutes of exercise a week. Now we have the research to show that the benefits are the same if you break those minutes down into ten minute intervals.
So listen in to Dr John for some tips on getting that activity meter ticking over. He recommends planting or weeding in the garden, grabbing the lead and taking the dog for a brisk walk, getting involved in family activities rather than being an onlooker or simply parking away from the shops and walking a bit further.
