There are lots of theories about Alzheimer’s Dementia, including a link to Insulin Resistance… and some have even called Alzheimer’s Dementia, Type 3 Diabetes.
As we age everyone wants to know how to protect themselves from this debilitating condition. Some remedies promoted suggest that eating turmeric and dark chocolate may decrease the risk.
However, one preventative measure is much simpler. It’s exercise which comes up trumps for those of us trying hard to reduce the risk.
