Getting 150 minutes of exercise/week

Last week we talked about getting your 150 minutes of exercise a week. Now it’s the same if you break those minutes down into ten minute intervals so some tips for getting that activity meter ticking over.

Try planting a garden
Give walking the dog a go
Don’t sit and watch the grandchildren play, get down there with them and play with them
Park away from the shops and walk a bit further
