That’s so true when it comes to sleep. So many of us work weird hours. Society is such that it demands it to happen and that upsets the delicate biological clock or the circadian rhythm that helps us get through the day and fall asleep at night.

When you think about it, it’s only a few hundred years ago that gas lights lit up the streets and now with the pulsing light that electricity has created, many of us try to insert another 12 hours into the already busy 24.
