If we didn’t suffer pain, we wouldn’t appreciate what we can do and what we can’t. We all know that we can’t put our hand on the hot plate. It stands to reason. So an appreciation of pain is essential for living our lives and staying safe.
Pain is a warning that something in our bodies is going wrong.
When pain persists there are good medicines to manage it but they, like an awareness of the importance of pain telling us what we can and what we cant do, how we manage pain becomes so important.
