Keeping track of our medicines

Currently 160,000 people end up in hospital because they muck up their their medicines. Community pharmacist Toni Reilly from Bendigo speaks about MedsCheck, a new service that was introduced in July. It is a program that encourages patients, especially the elderly, to review their medical needs and to ensure that they have a very clear list of what they and taking and why.
