Coping with Hair Loss

Dr John speaks with Kate and Pam Stone from Blackmores about keeping our hair healthy. Pam suggests that as well as keeping our hair clean and cared for it is also important to consider our diet.  She suggested making sure we have enough protein, omega-3, as well as fruit and vegetables.  In some cases Pam suggested a silica supplement would be helpful.
